We use this information to run your account, attribute and cite your uploads correctly, send service-related emails (verification, download notifications), and understand which models and protocols are most useful to the community.

Sharing & disclosure

Your public profile and anything you upload under a public license are visible to other users by design. We don't sell personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under standard data-processing agreements, and only as needed to run the service.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session. We use limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns; these can be disabled in your browser without affecting core functionality.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Models or protocols you published under attribution may remain referenced elsewhere if other users cited or downloaded them before deletion.

Your rights

You can access, export, or correct your account data at any time from your profile settings. To request full deletion of your personal data, contact privacy@bioprinthub.com — we will confirm completion within 30 days.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email and display a notice on the platform before the changes take effect.
